Terms of service
The Secretariat of the 25th ASPA Annual Conference JEJU notify you of the collection and use of personal information as follows in accordance with the relevant laws to prepare and proceed with the event, so please agree.

1. Purpose of collection and use : Personal information collected for the preparation and progress of the 25th ASPA Annual Conference JEJU (operation of participation programs such as event guidance and events) is not used except for the purpose of collection and use.
2. Personal information collection item : Affiliation, title, name, contact number (cell phone, e-mail)
3. Period for storing personal information : One year after the end of the event (until November 2, 2023) However, if otherwise prescribed by laws and regulations, keep it until the relevant period.
4. Agree to provide personal information to third parties : The above items are provided to Jeju Free International City Development Center (Elite Building, Jeju Science Park 213-4, Cheomdan-ro, Jeju-si, Jeju-do), Asian Science Park Association (Daegu knowledge service center, 2F, 481 Dongdaegu-ro, Dong-gu, Daegu) and event Easter Marketing Service Co., Ltd. (No. 503, 6 Asia Building, Dongho-ro 20-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul) for collection purposes.
5. Agree to inform the event information : I agree to send the event information of this conference to the contact information collected.
* For smooth preparation and progress of the event, the above items are mandatory consent items.
   I have confirmed all of the above terms and conditions and agree to collect and use personal information.
* Photos and videos taken during the event can be used to promote online and distribute materials.

※ Some of participants by company can be limited or canceled according to the guidelines of the disease control authorities due to COVID-19 or the size of the event venue.
